    If you have Commsec, look at Goldman Sachs updated research report (part of it was attached in someone's comment above).

    They have estimated forward PE of 11.43 for Jun 21, 9.75 for Jun 22, 8.88 for Jun 23

    They have estimated forward dividend yield of 5.25% for Jun 21, 6% for Jun 22, 6.56% for Jun 23.

    This stock was trading up to $10.43 during normal market conditions - pre covid. Personally I think we will back to normal conditions within the next 12 months.

    So is this stock a good buy at $4? Personally I think yes, but you can hedge your bets and buy half now and the other half later. If you are in for the long term, you don't have to buy right at the bottom, because you may miss out on buying a good stock at a good price.
