LOL well that is a better option philmac. However, I don’t think the children losing their inheritance would be too happy with that, Any govt willing to do that will lose the votes of Seniors plus the votes of their children. A massive number and would be political suicide.
In any event if someone paid taxes all their lives the dummies in charge should have invested a proportion of those taxes to cover the cost of age pensions into the future. Its not the individuals fault that successive govt’s spent the money and now cry poor. Commonwealth public servants and politicians more ample pensions are paid for by the Future Fund the monies from which came from the sale of Telstra a taxpayer owned entity. Tch tch.
I have to say that it does seem the elites of society are hellbent on screwing the mass of ordinary Australians.
