This company is the talk of the town at the moment.
After being re-instated to the market an announcement was made that two former Directors had been charged with offenses regarding a missing (non existent) three million dollars. Then newspapers reported that the company may be having a run at the main asset of Murchison Metals another first board Company.

Looking back at the Directors of the original CHM board, the Directors of Murchison and their former promoters there may just be legs in the claims.

The tenements they are talking about certainly have an interesting background. Throw in the influence of Greg 'The Jimmy' Barnes and his former sidekick Don 'Dog' Evans, anything is possible.

The Murchison share value may soon be heading South.

The rumour is that a group of Solicitors, and better, have been working on this one full time. Sydney based of course. Tony Hartnell of former ASIC fame to name just one.

The thing is the assets, Directors, tenement managers and sundry other miscreants, formerly mixed up with Chameleon when Greg 'The Jimmy' Barnes was its fearless leader, should know what they got up to with tenements. These people are well placed to advise Hartnell on what they got up to.

Add to that 'the Dutchman' Verhaggin, the new real power behind the Mask, and we have a real cabal of sundry misfits. Now a lot of them have spent big quids staying out of jail. Throw in the Lacey Street Gang led by Davd 'J.P. Shooter' Druitt, who supply the muscle for the Dutchman, and Dog Evans and the matter will probably play out something like this.

The shares have already hit 10cents (and may go as high as 20 cents), then they do a deal between all the directors and settle the writ for some shares. The majority of which will go to them. But this will happen just after they unload most of the ones they have now at top dollar. That's after they have already turned them over two or three times already. They will then drive the price up again sell out and move on.

I believe the writ will be issued sooner than later. Maybe as early as next week. Although now I've published that they will probably hold onto it for a bit just to prove me wrong.

Don't worry about the Lacey Street Gang as I've been told that they have lost their bite.

The real answer to this company is that it was in trouble when Greg “The Jimmy” Barnes was running it and now that Verhaggin and Don “The Dog” Evans are the de-facto movers and groovers behind it then it may well end up in more trouble. It’s great to see that the shares are trading in millions every day. Day traders everywhere are making the price go north and south faster than that of Synergy Metals (SML).

Remember these boys end up with their Companies inevitably moving south and staying there. Rumour has it Verhaggin had some visitors drop in at home over the Niagara dealings and it wasn’t for a cup of tea! Then they took a look at his Synergy deal not to mention a close call in the courts not that long ago.

But yes, the shares sure are going up and down every day based on the rumour of a writ that’s soon to be issued and now there’s a rumour of an upgrade following hard on the tale of the downgrade. Also there’s Mr Koh, the bloke who vended in the Chile Copper deal (which of course is no longer there) but still has the shares. Then there are the disappearing tenements that allegedly ended up in Murchison. Then, of course, there’s the tenement Manager from Chameleon who ended up in Murchison, the Lacy Street Gang and so on. Gee whiz, maybe we drop the charges against “The Jimmy”, reinstate him as Managing Director, issue two billion more shares and sue someone else just for the rumour value and then we can go around again.
    Why not?
Or why don’t you all contact me and we’ll injunct this mob and get a mob of our own and see if we can make a quid for ourselves by glueing it all back together.
