    If you believe MMX can drag this out for years without impacting Mitsubishi JV you are crazy.

    Mitsubishi who are putting up cash will want MMX to sort out ASAP. I speculate that their Japanese friends will be asking a lot of questions of MMX and telling MMX to deal with it.

    Having all profits held in trust which is one potential remedy available while case is determines will throw whole JV into disarray.

    What happened to "case been laughed out of court"
