How do you think that this long timeframe will impact on the Mitsubishi JV

They are putting up the funds in a project that if there is an adverse finding could be in the extreme not even be theirs. If the SOC is proven by default the mud flies back to them.

This length of uncertainty could have major impact on MMX

Dont forget Mitsubishi is now an effective defendent along side Grimaldi Barnes and Roberts and they must be looking sideways wondering how they hell they have ended up part of that circle.

I speculate they will be telling MMX to get on and deal with the matter quickly or it will impact on funding arrangements.

Pure speculation on my behalf here but if this case starts to get traction I think the market may be surprised with which other parties may be prepared to support and back CHM as a way to secure a stake in the growing mid west iron ore opportunities.
