    I hope CHM can make it to the start line so this matter can have a conclusion. As much as I don't like CHM's methods I want it to be heard in the Federal Court. If CHM don't make it and become insolvent, we don't want them to come back in another pathetic form of whatever and draw this whole process out again. Bring it on I say.
