l'd rather see CHM go insolvent then make it to court, l don't think it would ever rear its ugly head again and come back because investors would'nt want to risk being burnt a second time. If it makes it to court even though l think it has a fairly hopeless case and is unlikely to win theres always a risk, maybe the judge could be a Benny Elias rugby fan.
