mmx has no problems with this mob. Just have to require them to prove their claims. They wont be able to do that and chm will go back where it came from, afetr it or its directors are required to pay mmx's legal costs.

Basically the case is that chm claim that it lent money to a company called nicu.
Nicu became Murchison.
Murchison acquired Jack Hills and Weld Range.
chm went into liquidation and the liquidator recovered all debts and property properly belonging to chm in liquidation.
chm came out of liquidation and claim a part of Jack Hills and Weld Range because they say nicu did not repay the loan.

This case by chm is absolute garbage.

chm history is littered with court cases involving dubious claims, unpaid debts with criminal convictions and sentences imposed and prosecutions still pending.

Any sensible company attacked by chm would fight in court and give them no settlement. A go away settlement is what they are seeking. Never give in to baseless claims particularly from outfits like chm.
