I am a holder of CHM so obviously biased that way.

Facts are parties referred to in releases put MMX and CHM together

CHM cash and shares alleged to have found way to MMX to raise cash for iron ore acquisition with no explanation to date how co-defendents managed to achieve.

History of co-defendents (Grimaldi Barnes and Roberts)appears to indicate that unlikely they did not do something dodgy to put original deal together which unfortunatly drags MMX into case.

I believe case would of only been brought if CHM camp had a strong belief that what happened breached corporations law and prove guilt of parties.
