I think the dems will set near-term targets for renewables and will provide further incentives to companies that will assist them in reaching these goals. I believe the EV industry is one of the greatest ways to directly impact climate goals, and if we see the US come out with some form of petrol ban target like we've seen in the UK (2030 ban), then the EU and hopefully other nations follow to hit these aggressive targets. If this was to come to fruition, they will need a lot of high purity manganese to do so. EU's current goal is to be climate nuetral by 2050, I wouldn't be surprised if this was to be moved forward if the US make any bold decisions of their own and therefore providing more incentives in the EU for EV's. Time will tell but I believe left leaning gov's in any major nation is a plus for the EV space, to what degree I do not know.
