one way or the other, the penalties (and warnings) must be working - watso cannot recall too many other australians being nabbed for trafficking drugs in indonesia for the past decade. - or they simply have not been caught.
one good thing about the media exposure and the martyrdom of ST CHAN, and ST SUKA- is that it will make it blatantly obvious to a lot more people that martyrdom comes with a price.
St CHAN turned religious, so he will be up there in heaven with the angels - and he has heaps more pleasure up there, than being locked up in an indonesian cell - so what was the problem????. just imagine that - St CHAN gets to spend more time in eternity that the average good christian.
