    Have been discussing the court case of CBA & IAS with some learned friends from the legal fraternity.


    CBA have very little chance of winning based on the precedents set down in previous similar cases however
    any internal memos or emails may be incriminating if it can be shown that IAS knew of fraud be perpetrated and they knew of the money laundering.
