Hey if RC likes shares to be 50-60 cent range, then add value so they are in the $ so what.

Enterprise value doesn't change. value of our shares doesn't change. Value of holding is the same.

If I rember correctly in US shares get delisted if they fall below $1.

So if RC thinks he can get a two, tree, fourfold increase in price and then list in the US he will not do a 5:1 like CTP but a 50:1 consolidation.
