A baby Industrial REIT with US focus.

Leasing is not crack hot, but they underlying earnings are ok and they recently cquired a new property, so it cant all be bad news.

They are still on guidance of 5c pa div, and that is obviously going to get pulled as we are now trading at 4c. lol.

Apparently no hedges, but assets and debt both USD denominated.

There is a keen dumper at the moment between 4-4.5c so it is all you can eat, if you are brave at bottom picking.

I reckon 4c should be the bottom - certainly where all the volume is at the moment.
