The 5% is a construct of Northington who prepared the Independent Report for the OGOG scheme of arrangement. They made it look like that figure was in the SRK Independent Experts report prepared for the Cue shareholders resolution approving the NZO farm-in. The 5% is completely wrong, Northington has no right to use SRK's figures to arrive at a technical assumption, they are not petroleum "competent persons", and complaints have accordingly been made to the Takeovers Panel.
