What are the realistic chances of the RDI float taking place...

What are the realistic chances of the RDI float taking place within the current timeframe and at $2.20 given the recent dramatic fall in the price of equities? I would say zilch.

On or around the date of the proposed merger announcement ARH were trading at $1.53. Now they are 44 cents. Although there may be some recovery in the sp (i am hoping here)even if the float does get up i cannot see us remotely receiving the original deal.
