yes, i agree. the surface seeps, seal and clear structure all make it look good from a geology point of view. also agree that a discovery needn't be large to be of great value to OEL.
the risk is mechanical. must be high pressure or large horizontal stress gradient thats causing drilling issues. hopefully they have learnt from the first well and designed the well to deal with this - like use more casing or a bigger rig or both.
