chance of takeover? 40% ?, page-2

BHN i think the chance of takeover is higher than 40%. How much, I dont know but I think more probable than not so at least 50%.

T/O price? I would say unfortunately 15c is about right given current SP except for one thing, and that is PPT's average buy price must be higher than that so would only agree (and therefore otherwise block) to a T/O if they could profit, except I guess unless they are happy to cut at a loss for whatever they can get.
