Knackered, like you I hope its not the case either. But if the SP remains at these depressed prices and they arent able to selectively sell some assets to shore up the balance sheet then its a distinct possibility.

The SP wont go anywhere for the time being as long as they arent drilling new wells (as per latest ann).

As for guggenheim, what peaked my interest and I'm surprised nobody here has mentioned it, the latest ann stated (on the 2nd page):

"The monetization process is being conducted with the collaboration of Guggenheim Corporate Funding, LLC, ("Guggenheim") the administrative agent under the company's current credit facility."

The "administrative agent" is an odd choice of words if you ask me, and I dont like the sound of it.
