Sharks, yes I did notice the choice of words and thought of the same thing you did. There is no doubt in my mind that Guggenheim are in control of the reins at the moment. Luckily they seem intent on allowing some breathing room (in view of covenant breaches) for RFE and advisors to find the best path forward for all parties.
