yes sure I agree that they will try to use it for whatever their insurers think will be cost-effective in the US. But clinical trials still play an important part of setting the FDA agenda and are required for reimbursement elsewhere, outside the US. There is certainly a lot of bench to the bedside data still to come. IMO
