Yes the share price may fall by half if the results are not we the market expects/wants. It may also fall in a range anywhere from 5%-75% as it is not the be all and end all and also the market is fickle, so there's quite a variance.
You're wanting to know what are the odds of the trial succeeding? You then follow this up quoting Ecool's posts and not really adding anything of substance yourself. I just found your entire post quite worthless IMO.
