I understand that there is some kind of major vote coming up in the next few days on the NBN. Can someone elaborate that?
I get the feeling from reading several sources that there is a better than 50% chance that NBN won't be approved in the form Coalition wants it and will end up going back to the drawing board and will require more careful cost benefit analysis.
