It's definitely possible! Spencer was totally correct about the well being an encouragement, the oil is there, probably more than first thought, and they have validated the fractured reservoir concept.
DGO will I think be very happy with the results of the well - just not the execution of it.
The problem is that of the three participants, JKA had the least ability to handle cost blowouts. And these have been SERIOUS cost blowouts.
Using the lessons from this well, I think there's an excellent chance the next operator will make a great success of Hammamet West. Whether JKA will be a participant is another matter...
