    MBP go into administration are you serious! Companies go in administration when they are insolvent and unable to satisfy their creditors of their ability to pay their debts. At the end of 2004 when the first phase 2 trials were completed MBP still had $12m in the bank. They have had two successful capital raisings since then. There are more flaws in your thinking such as the fact that the CEO has been replaced and the company directors have spent decades earning their reputations as researchers and scientists not fly by night used car salesman as your post suggests. But I suspect you have a mindset that only sees what it wants to, disregarding any facts to the contrary.
