should be a formality.MTS (on appeal) case indicates that the courts take a dim view of the ACCC's case. Furthermore, AUn's management and Foxtel seem extremely confident, they are on the record saying that they would use whatever resources it took to win the legal case. Guess we'll find out next week!!
