You may be right. If so that's unfortunate!
I am in strong opposition to this rule! Put the bloody 15% reservation rule! There's plenty of gas for everyone! Why disincentivise exploration!?!?
This is a huge sovereign risk!
We want the best possible margin for our gas, and to do that we need the market to be free!
I would even say banning export of Australian gas to other states IN Australia is unconstitutional! It isn't just WA's it belongs to Australia! The federation provides for free trade between states! What their doing is against the constitution!
