Geez govt meddling again. I'd imagine there's many conditions with these EP & EPAs for both parties... explorer and Govt? Is there anything to say the govt can seize control of any discoveries if and when they feel like it? Surely the Explorer is given the right to sell the gas as they see fit. McGowan says he (the public of WA) wants it. Shouldn't the govt then have to pay a commercial rate for the quantity they want?... I wonder how much gas he thinks is there as the best experts in the field don't really know as yet. PM or dictator? Seems he's out of his depth with palmer and now PB explorers and the constitution. I hope he's shown common sense... and soon.
