it's good to know that valad financed the $2bn acquisition price with a $1.2 billion capital raising.

also, the UK property portfolio only accounts for $380m of the $1.7bn scarborough property portfolio which is good to know. the rest is spread across germany and denmark, mainly germany which is expected to fall by only 15% this year.
