I will have a go, for what it is worth.....

1. 50% , I can see some merit in this to reduce debt .
2. 0% , would have happened already , position is improving steadily.
3. 100% , has to be otherwise my answer to question 2 changes.
4. NFI , no-one knows the terms and the reasons for escrow monies.
5. 100% . even marginally reducing debt must be a priority.
6. 75% , many things have to happen for this to occur, see above.
7. NFI Governments work in mysterious ways.
8 .100% , Banks would have withdrawn support in May if it was going to happen.
9. 0% , dreaming
10. NFI , this is going to be interesting and entertaining. Watch this space.
