Cable , no that wouldn't be possible .Under ASX rules companies are only allowed to issue 15 per cent of share capital without getting it approved at a meeting by the shareholders .That works out to be 23 million shares .We probably shouldn't get too concerned at this stage because they may not need a lot of money if they just intend to use it to finnish off the Wolfram mill .But it is always possible they are going for a lot more & they are propossing a meeting to approve .The extended suspension is puzzling bucause it is usually just announced to the market ie "fate-a-comple".It sounds like it's more complex , what ever they've got cooked up .Whatever the case they have sure created a lot of concern in the market .
