Have been researching CCA.
I wonder if they have considered pitching this directly to the Australian government as a alternative way of doing the welfare card. Under the digital profiling CCA MasterCard format, you can block alcohol, gaming, cig purchases etc. None of the possible stigma issues re the welfare card. If the gov agreed, every bank would beat a path to CCAs door.
