It's all speculation indeed but say your right and the CR is the (what we think) is shortfall of value from the supply base fire sale, ie $70m.
Given the previous capital raise to buy Jaya in 2014, and I believe the seemingly torching of that value since (cash raised from equity raising torched (not to mention additional debt exists)).... it raises a legit question, as Halom have raised, re who the heck is accountable for this stuff..... in fairness perhaps some value from Jaya exists in MRM today, but I'm not able to immediately identify it.
Suppose it raises the question why the heck the market should cough up say $70m... all because they torched the supply base because they needed the cash for the bankers....
