Interesting thoughts from all;

(1) Would a buy back be subject to the same black-out period that Director buying is subject to? Thus, no shares bought back within a 2 week window of announcement.

(2) Looking across my screen today I think money is leaving the small resource sector in anticipation of a little correction. I am certain that many of us here have been riding this CFE share buy back as a no brainer and there may just be a little profit-locking going on today.
