    I was under the impression that the "Share Holder Group" wanted the Entire Board out.. and Bring in the FOUR New OVERSEES Personal...Now they Want Four to Stay when the Whole LOT were going to "RESIGN"...... I'am confused.. Can some one Please Explain.... thanks
