The announcement was "ETC Signs Binding Agreement to Acquire GalaVu" effective 31 March with Brad Schroeder, formerly president of GalaVu, appointed to EMT board and named as President and CEO of EMT Americas effective 1 April.

The change of directors intersest notice of 15 March states that Peter Dykes (who had 1 mill shares as at 20/8/04) bought 16,617,857 shares on 13 Dec 04, sold 4,500,00 on 13 Dec 04 and a further 4,617,857 on 15 Dec for a balance at 15/12/04 of 7,500,00 shares.

And you know, I reckon he might be onto something so I've grabbed a few meseelf! :)
