You guys know I believe he deserves it all and I like him aligned with us but make no mistake - GC earns good coin from us (deserved) and seems to have a few other things going on the side. I doubt he has taken a big cut in total from Roche days but ADO is very lucky to have him and we needed to give him significant upside to get him to allocate so much time to our aligned interests. It's pretty obvious that GC benefits from putting in an extra 10 hours a week creating value for ADO shareholders. If it was just a salary and a bonus he might be tempted to put marginal effort into other activities like I do with spec investing.

GC is well paid and incentivised and that is entirely appropriate.
