Phil: Kinda, GC can sell at anytime - with Board approval.
Bubsy: I have discussed the convert/sale deal last passed over opportunity in Nov [was for JM from mem] - search for it.
It was a matter of timing in several ways. [JIMHO]
Remember GC could have strung those sales out for a fortnight under the "rules" to minimize any effect on hip and SP dip. A an aside, IMHO sales kinda looked like an "arranged marriage" in action.
Its ALL GOOD - even better maybe!
