doggy are you referring to the salary share plan, how can they be flogging off cheap shares, they will be issued at end of june - if tz announce decent news and people bid the share price up, then they get them at the prevailing market price.
seems you cannot be pleased - hopefully you are discussing your concerns with management.
i think the new announcement clarifies what they initially wanted to do, help cash flow and show they are committed to the company.
