Pellets were 128 last week so I would assume about 123 now
that gives us a AUD price of around 133 and a margin on prod of 2.3, t = 76 m aud
deduct 15-20m per annum for corporate and cash flow still 56m odd.
key here that the IO price does not fall further. I have temporarily exited 200k units of my position at 21( break even ) just so I can see where IO price settles. I was reading the quarterly last night and realised cash was going to be 20m less than I expected due to them closing that royalty deal.
still think its a buy but it may dip below 20 again imo
