I think you're right, only problem is the retail investors are the ones being whacked with that stick. I don't want LYC to turn into a hot air machine like Moly but I want them to say something! They don't need to stretch the truth or hype some unexplored patch of dirt, just present the facts. One of the reasons they got into so much trouble with the Malaysians is lack of PR, they need to replace the stick with a loudspeaker.
