I was just wondering, if the "offer" sits at about 90c, the in order for STO to reach their threshold for effective takover will they be prpeare dtoi pay an on-market premioun to say 93c or 95c or even 10% at about 99c??
If I hang-on tight to my shares an dthey need about 5M to reach the target I would expect that they will pay that premium. On teh other hand a nig insto could roll over and help them meet that threshold and i would expect offer to default back to the dyanamic value as per deed ~90c.
