    Can somebody please answer this for me:
    Is it possoble for STO and Tru to buy more than 50.1% of ESG right now? if so, what would happen to us if the STO takeover falls thru and no other buyers come in and then its back to business as usual for ESG.....but our 2 major shareholders now hold more than 50%. Can they then overthrow the current board and doom us all?
    Sorry if this is a stupid question but i really have now idea if this is possible.
