The case will continue as is so any matters before the court will remain as will probably the timetable. What may nonetheless happen could be an acceleration from this point - litigation funders don't exactly want to hang around especially if they like the "taste of meat on the bone". Piper Alderman as i said before appear to be more appropriate to this case so between the Litigation funder and PA one may see a bit more action.
