correct me if I a wrong... but wasnt the SOL & BKW deal a protection factor for both entities from takeover - they have increased in scale since then and it may be a case that it is no longer required.... it does provide a good level of diversification and also income for BKW... last report indicated that they had no further intention to sell down their holding
