change in management ??

Hi Guys

Just something i thought was curious in the lastest ann, the main thing that caught my eye is that the new company secretary use to work for Mirabela Nickle Ltd amoung other energy and resource companies.

A bit of coincidence that just recently Mr Craig Burton, became a substantial shareholder in the company picking up a large amount of shares on market and in the recent placement. Then shortly after a company sectretary joins the team who use to work for mirabela and has a large amount of experience in strategic planning, business
development, acquisitions and mergers, gas commercialisation, and project development.

Anyway just wondering if he is taking a bit more than an investor role in the company (advisory, contacts etc..). Any time some one like MR Burton is prepared to put that sort of money down screams confidense in the stock and its future.

He also holds more shares than some of the directors! Just my thoughts and opinions could be me just having to much time and staring at the comp screen, lol. In my opinion having a company secretary with that much experience can only be a good thing.
