Hold ups, no they don't happen, only at poorly run companies like TIS! If heads must roll, who will run LYC, PXS, QRX or TIS?
The technology is the only thing that must stand up. All this aside takes no one anywhere. Sure the short term is no good, but if the science is credible and verifiable the future will pan out as we all expect. That is, with the company making sales of a world class medical product.
If the news was patently obvious why did those who forsaw this outcome continue to hold? If it was so apparent why didn't anyone predict it with sufficient clarity? How does this delay impact on the prospects of TIS making sales down the track?
