If BG decide to remain in the JV, I can only see further dilemmas and complications to come. CTP has got the cash now,
prove up some resources, and when someone "worthy" knocks on the door, we say "show me the money".
Retrieve the money owned to us and then show them the door. BG have been a pest from day one. They have the money, but they don't have the commitment. You can't have one without the other.
