    I dont have access to my charting tools, (PC Smoking) but I can assure you a break out on a few levels has occurred.

    NM buying over the last 12 months was a sign of confidence and the sentiment has finally turned for this stock. News IS on the way, twas in the divergence....:)

    Anyone else able to post a chart?
