Oh and don't forget the oil rich nation of Venezuela and its take on things. Not to forget the nationalisation by the Argentinian Govt, of course Brazil is going gangbusters and I am sure everyone there will be happy to stay on low wages and not strike, Chile has emerged from its bleak past and now is doing well and again don't imagine that they will happily be exploited. I could go on all day!
